Mink & Manure offers FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $100.00 shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel. To expedite your order you may indicate your preferred method at the checkout. Additional charges will apply.

Please note that delivery times are estimates as per Canada Post and do not include weekends and holidays. Rural locations may require additional shipping time.

Mink & Manure does not process orders on weekends, therefore orders placed from Friday to Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

US Shipping

Mink & Manure offers FREE shipping on all US orders over $100.00 shipped via Canada Post Small Package – USA Surface. To expedite your order you may indicate your preferred method at the checkout. Additional charges will apply.

Any additional taxes, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the shipment being returned to Mink & Manure at our expense. These charges, as well as any additional customs fees, will then be deducted from the refund of the original purchase price.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the original invoice date

• Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects
• Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox without damages to the box. Do not use the shoebox as a shipping box. Returns delivered in this manner will be refused and we will not be able to refund you.
• All sale and clearance items are final sale.
• We are not responsible for damages that occur during the wear and care of an item, such as dry cleaning or washing.

Once we have received your package at Mink & Manure, we will process it promptly and refund you in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your financial institution may require additional time to post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Mink & Manure.

Exchanges

In order to make your exchange as quick and easy as possible, please call us toll free at 1-888-747-5348. We will create a new order with no additional shipping fees, excluding any customs or duty fees. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us at 1-877-747-5348 within five days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly. Defective items will be accepted at our discretion beyond this timeline. Please keep all original packaging in the case of damage. We will incur the cost of returns on damaged or incorrect items. If available, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the unworn, unwashed item with all tags still attached.
